Our client is a multi award winning residential developer the operates within zone 1 – 4 London.  

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients project team in Canary Wharf. The project is a luxury high-rise new build residential tower. 

Responsibilities

This role will include a number of duties including (But not limited to); Valuations, variations CVR’s, RFIs and final accounts on certain packages.  

Candidate requirements

You will need to have worked for a blue chip main contractor or a residential developer on new build residential project to be considered for this role. 

The role is to start immediately so you must be available either immediately or no more than a weeks notice.
